We are aware that you trust us. We therefore see it as our responsibility to protect your privacy. On this page we explain which data we collect when you use our website, why we do this and how we use it to improve your user experience. And, last but not least, we give you an overview of your rights.
Our use of collected data
Use of our services. When you sign up for one of our services, we ask you to provide personal information (name, address, and e-mail address). This data is used to perform the service / delivery. The data is stored on secure third-party servers: hosting partner Nordique, for administrative work: DK Belastingadvies and delivery services: CTS Group, DHL and PostNL. We will not combine this data with other personal data that we have.
We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are obliged to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and e-mail address with WebwinkelKeur. They only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties for the provision of services, for which we have given permission to WebwinkelKeur. All the guarantees mentioned above with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.
When you send us e-mails, we may save those messages. Sometimes we ask you for your personal information that is needed for our services. We use Microsoft Office365. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially. We will not combine this information with any other personal information we have.
We collect data for research in order to gain a better insight into the number of visitors and search functions of users, so that we can tailor our services accordingly. This website uses “cookies” (text files placed on your computer) to help the website analyze how users use the site. We do not use this information as data for advertising campaigns. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website can be transferred to secure servers of a third party: Nordique.

Right to restriction of processing
You always have the right to limit the data that we process or have processed that relate to your person or that can be traced back to you. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.
Right of transmission
You always have the right to have the data that we process or have processed and that relate to your person or can be traced back to it, be performed by another party. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or copies of all data about you that we have processed or that have been processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf to the e-mail address known to us. In all likelihood, we will no longer be able to continue the service in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.
Right to object and other rights
In some cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Terras & Co BV. If you object, we will immediately stop the data processing pending the processing of your objection.
